Product upgrades free of charge (consumers)

If we release new "upgraded" versions of existing products, we will notify eligible customers via email that have purchased said products in the past and inform them, that they are eligible for a replacement free of charge. This policy only applies to customers that have ordered from us directly and only to purchases made within the last 3 years before the date an upgraded version of an existing product is released. Eligibility is at our sole discretion depending on the type of upgrade that has been made.

Product upgrades free of charge (retailers)

If we release new "upgraded" versions of existing products, we will notify eligible retailers via email that have purchased said products in the past and inform them, that they are eligible for a replacement free of charge. This policy only applies to retailers that are part of our retailer network and only to purchases made within the last 5 years before the date an upgraded version of an existing product is released. Eligibility is at our sole discretion depending on the type of upgrade that has been made.

These can be identified by the revision text "REV" right next to the product number.
